Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success
  • Work closely with sales agents to facilitate property showings for clients
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine clients’ home search criteria
  • Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols
  • Take an active role in team meetings and events as needed
  • Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Keep precise records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems
