Showing Assistant– Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team

Summary

The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Showing Assistant to assist our Buyer Agents and provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will manage and conduct property showings, gather client feedback, and contribute to creating a seamless and positive home-buying experience.

Working hand-in-hand with our agents and operations team, you’ll acquire valuable real estate knowledge and build the skills needed to progress into a full-time Buyer Agent position. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys client interaction, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Support Buyer Agents by showing homes to clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
