Summary

The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Showing Assistant to support our Buyer Agents and deliver outstanding service to our clients. In this position, you will coordinate and lead property showings, collect client feedback, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable home-buying journey.

Collaborating closely with our agents and operations staff, you will gain essential real estate experience and develop the expertise necessary to advance into a full-time Buyer Agent role. This opportunity is perfect for an organized individual who enjoys engaging with clients and excels in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Support Buyer Agents by showing homes to clients.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
