In the role of Showing Specialist, you will be the primary contact for clients—scheduling and conducting property showings, collecting feedback, and guiding buyers throughout their home search. You’ll also assist with offer preparation, maintain consistent communication with clients and agents, and support various tasks to ensure smooth transactions. With access to quality leads, expert mentorship, and proven systems, you’ll focus on strengthening client relationships, sharpening your skills, and staying actively engaged in the market from day one.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Experienced Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
