Showroom Consultant

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Hyundai models.
• Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, pricing, and finance/loan options.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features.
• Follow up with leads and prospects through calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain showroom display standards and vehicle presentation.
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance department for seamless processing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or feedback effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
