Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000
• Commission: Performance-based (uncapped)
• Quarterly Bonus: Based on revenue targets

On-target earnings: $65,000 – $100,000+ depending on performance

The Role

You will guide clients through both in-showroom and in-home consultations, helping them select materials, understand their options, and move confidently through their project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct showroom and in-home consultations
• Understand client needs and recommend materials
• Present curated design options (not overwhelm)
• Build quotes and follow through to close
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Support showroom presentation and organization

Duties

• Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Conduct product demos and explain features of stone, tile, and wall covering remodeling options to inspire confidence and facilitate sales
• Assist customers with inside sales activities including POS transactions, cash handling, retail math calculations, and stock management.
• Upsell complementary products and services by identifying customer needs for renovation, remodeling, or maintenance projects
• Collaborate with clients on project planning, offering expert advice on construction details, interior design concepts, and lighting solutions
• Maintain a well-organized showroom environment through merchandising, stocking, and ensuring all displays are attractive and up-to-date
• Use negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term account management relationships
• Support marketing efforts by promoting new products or special promotions to enhance sales opportunities
• Communicate clearly with team members across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
