Kitchen & Bath Designer (Pre-Sold Clients | 20/20 Required | No Cold Sales)

$80K–$130K+ (Base + 10% Commission on Upgrades)

About the Role

This is not a typical showroom job.

Our sales team has already met with the customer and secured the project. Your role is to take over from there — guide the client through selections, design the space, and enhance the project through smart upgrades and design decisions.

If you’re a strong designer who also understands how to increase project value, this is a high-income opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-sold, committed customers in our showroom
• Design kitchens and bathrooms using 20/20 Design software
• Guide clients through selections (cabinets, countertops, fixtures, layouts, etc.)
• Create and present upgrade options that improve both design and project value
• Write and finalize change orders for upgraded selections
• Ensure designs are accurate and ready for production
• Work closely with sales and production teams for seamless execution

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• 10% commission on ALL approved change orders and upgrades (uncapped)
• Consistent pipeline of pre-sold clients — no prospecting required
• Real earning potential of $80K–$130K+

Requirements

• 2+ years of kitchen & bath design experience
• 20/20 Design software REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of cabinetry, layouts, and remodeling
• Ability to confidently guide customers and make recommendations
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication and professionalism
