SHOWROOM DESIGNER SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Overview
The Showroom Designer / Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the selection of plumbing fixtures, finishes, and design solutions while driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role blends interior design, product knowledge, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers, builders, and designers with product selections
  • Create visually appealing and functional design solutions for kitchens and bathrooms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups
  • Maintain showroom appearance, merchandising, and displays
  • Stay up to date on product trends, new lines, and vendor offerings
  • Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, interior design, or showroom experience (preferred)
  • Strong eye for design, color coordination, and space planning
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously
  • Proficient in basic computer systems (CRM, quoting, or ERP systems like Sage a plus) (preferred)
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
