Job Summary
The Showroom Incharge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, achieving sales targets, and coordinating inventory and administrative activities. The role involves supervising showroom staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a professional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor showroom sales performance and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team regarding stock availability and replenishment.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Prepare sales reports, customer inquiries reports, and other operational reports.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Train and supervise showroom staff and support their performance development.
- Utilize ERP systems for sales order processing, inventory tracking, customer management, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in showroom operations, retail sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in electrical, switchgear, construction, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
