Job Role
The Showroom Manager is responsible for achieving agreed sales targets for new vehicles through effective team management and resource utilization. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining showroom standards, and strengthening customer loyalty to Al Mansour Automotive Group and its brands.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience

Achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets.

Ensure high-quality customer service to build long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, promoting brand trust and loyalty.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.

Cascade company standards and ensure consistent application across the team.

Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment aligned with MAG values.
Showroom Operations

Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle display to ensure a visually appealing and functional space.

Oversee the closing of sales deals, including contract completion, warranty explanation, payment confirmation, and vehicle delivery.

Ensure showroom operations comply with corporate identity and safety regulations.
Process & Compliance

Implement internal and MAG guidelines for sales operations.

Monitor daily and monthly sales reports to track performance and revenue.

Ensure all vehicles and accessories are physically secure to prevent theft or loss.
Talent & Performance Management

Support management in performance reviews and talent development.

Participate in recruitment and onboarding of showroom staff.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:

5–7 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Skills:

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to prepare reports and present to internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with showroom operations and corporate standards.
