Tresori Concept Store seeks an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in client-facing project management or business development within retail, design, or fit-out industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, to lead cross-functional coordination and develop client partnerships Key Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• Comfortable leading without direct authority and influencing team behaviors
• Knowledge of interior design or premium retail is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and monitor team performance to achieve targets.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team; conduct briefings and meetings.
• Oversee showroom operations, inventory, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Process invoices, coordinate payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle client escalations.
• Plan in-store events, promotions, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Monitor expenses, payroll, and operational efficiency.
• Assist HR with recruiting, onboarding, and staff retention.
• Analyze sales trends and provide performance reports to management.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure consistent floor coverage.
