Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our sales operations, inspire the sales team, and ensure an outstanding luxury experience for our distinguished clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets
Deliver exceptional VIP customer service
Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports
Maintain premium showroom presentation standards
Manage vehicle display, pricing updates & promotional activities
Handle high-profile client negotiations professionally
Coordinate with marketing, finance & after-sales departments
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies

Requirements

Proven experience in luxury automotive showroom management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a strong sales track record
Professional appearance and luxury mindset
Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Valid UAE driving license
