Showroom Manager ( Ceramics, Tiles and Building Materials Showroom )

1. Manage overall showroom and branch operations

2. Achieve sales targets and branch profitability

3. Supervise sales, warehouse, and branch staff

4. Ensure excellent customer service

5. Handle customer complaints and approvals

6. Monitor stock availability and inventory control

7. Maintain showroom display and cleanliness

8. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics

9. Prepare sales and operational reports

10. Control branch expenses and operations

11. Train and monitor employee performance

12. Develop business with contractors and project clients
· Industry: Ceramics / Building Materials ( Retail Showroom)

· Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Ceramics / building materials Showroom retail industry, preferably as a Branch/Showroom Manager.

· Education: Graduate

· Skills: Good communication skills, proficiency in English and Hindi. Arabic is an advantage.
