Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager (Furniture Industry) to lead our showroom operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the furniture showroom/store. This role includes managing sales teams, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing store performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager will play a key role in driving profitability and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Work Location will be Umm Al Quwain - UAE

• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture/home décor industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of furniture products, trends, and retail software systems is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
