Vacancy Announcement – Manager Showroom (Home Appliances)

We are hiring a Showroom Manager for our Home Appliances Showroom in Wah Cantt. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing showroom operations, driving sales, and leading a customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and train sales staff for achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper product display, stock management, and merchandising.
• Handle walk-in customers professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Daily Stand-up meeting with the staff.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share with the Head of Sales.
• Generate sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

• F.A or Bachelor’s degree ( But not mandatory if experience is strong).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in managing a home appliances or branded showroom )
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of home appliances/electronics market will be a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
