Showroom Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Showroom Operations Supervisor to maintain and enhance the overall presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that product displays, showroom appearance, employee grooming, and customer-facing standards consistently meet company expectations.

This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience by monitoring daily showroom conditions and ensuring all visual and operational standards are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Standards & Presentation

  • Inspect showroom displays daily to ensure products are arranged correctly and attractively.
  • Verify that all items are properly labeled, aligned, clean, and displayed according to company standards.
  • Ensure promotional materials, signage, and display setups are accurate and updated.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Monitor overall cleanliness and organization of the showroom, including floors, shelves, counters, fitting areas, and customer spaces.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or housekeeping issues.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure immediate corrective actions.

Staff Appearance & Professional Standards

  • Ensure employees comply with company dress code and grooming standards.
  • Monitor staff professionalism, personal hygiene, and overall appearance during working hours.
  • Report non-compliance issues to management and follow up on corrective actions.

Quality Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections using checklists and reporting tools.
  • Document issues related to presentation, cleanliness, staff appearance, and operational standards.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports to management with observations and recommendations.

Customer Experience Support

  • Ensure the showroom environment is welcoming, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
  • Identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and overall showroom image.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company operational and visual merchandising standards.
  • Suggest improvements to showroom organization, workflows, and presentation quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in quality control, retail operations, showroom supervision, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and enforce standards professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools is preferred.
