Showroom Receptionist (Female)

We're an EV company in Qatar, looking for a smart, professional and experienced showroom receptionist (Female only) for our upcoming showroom in Msheireb.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner

Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

Handle inquiries and provide showroom information

Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation

Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales staff

Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative (preferably in the automotive or retail industry)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Well-groomed and presentable at all times

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)

Positive attitude, punctual, and customer-focused
