Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for architectural and interior products. The ideal candidate will handle showroom clients, support walk-in inquiries, and convert leads into project sales for architectural, façade, and interior finishing solutions. The role requires strong product knowledge, client handling skills, and the ability to coordinate with technical and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom sales and handle walk-in clients professionally
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable architectural and interior solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries and leads
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for accurate technical support
• Convert showroom inquiries into confirmed project sales
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers
• Support outdoor sales team when required with client meetings and site visits
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, finishes, and market trends
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, architectural products, interior fit-out, or construction-related sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of architectural materials, finishes, and project sales cycle
• Ability to handle customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• UAE experience is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and architects
• Knowledge of fit-out, façade, or building materials industry
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
