Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Showroom Sales Engineer to manage showroom sales activities in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and presentation skills to promote products, support clients, and convert walk-in and referred inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and present products professionally in the showroom
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and follow up on proposals
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate offers
- Maintain showroom displays, samples, and product knowledge
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end clients
- Update CRM records and maintain customer data
- Participate in product demonstrations and promotional activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 2–5 years of sales experience in a showroom or technical sales role
- Experience in building materials, fitout, façade, ELV, or architectural products is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional and presentable personality
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage
