Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering, combined with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling technical products within a showroom environment, guiding customers toward the most suitable solutions based on their needs, and ensuring a seamless and professional sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting appropriate technical products
• Provide expert guidance on civil, mechanical, and architectural solutions
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications effectively
• Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage showroom sales processes, including invoicing and transactions
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and product displays
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and innovations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Assist with inventory coordination and stock management
• Ensure all product displays and pricing are accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in technical or showroom sales (preferred)
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction or engineering-related products

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
