Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Present product features, specifications, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented professionally.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
Required Skills & QualificationsSales & Experience
- Proven experience in indoor/showroom sales (preferably in premium building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, or interior finishes).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience dealing with high-end or premium customers is an advantage.
Communication Skills
- Fluency in Arabic (preferred).
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently present and explain products to clients.
Technical & Administrative Skills
- Basic knowledge of building materials and interior finishing products.
- Ability to prepare quotations and process sales documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
