Location: Al Quoz 1, Dubai
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Basic + Commission

Position Overview:
The Indoor Sales Representative with a design background will play a key role in guiding customers through the selection process, providing design advice, and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role combines sales expertise with a strong sense of design to help customers choose tile solutions that best suit their projects.

Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist walk-in customers, architects, designers, and contractors.

· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tile options.

· Provide design consultations, including color, pattern, and layout suggestions.

· Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with clients.

· Maintain an up-to-date showroom that reflects brand aesthetics.

· Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure accurate product information.

· Keep records of client interactions and sales.

· Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or showroom retail.

· Background in interior design, architecture, or related field.

· Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and design trends.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
