Job Title: Interior Sales Showroom Manager

Job Summary

The Interior Sales Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day showroom operations, driving sales, handling walk-in clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong sales expertise, team handling, and a good understanding of interior products and design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Handle walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales
  • Provide interior product consultation including furniture, finishes, layouts, and décor solutions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team
  • Coordinate with design, sourcing, and operations teams for order execution
  • Maintain showroom display, visual merchandising, and product presentation
  • Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and customer records
  • Handle customer negotiations, quotations, and order closures
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in interior showroom sales / furniture sales / interior project sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior concepts
  • Ability to handle high-value customers and projects
  • Team management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and basic reporting
  • Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach

Preferred Background

  • Education in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field
  • Experience in premium furniture or interior brands is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
