Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers and guide them through the buying process
- Clearly explain the features and specifications of available vehicles
- Outline the steps required to complete the car purchase process
- Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and the purchase procedure
- Escort customers to inspect and test vehicles
- Collect and process necessary documents between the customer, showroom, and finance company
- Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customer vehicles
- Coordinate with management and vehicle owners to finalize sales procedures
- Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to maximize company profits
- Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction with their vehicles and address any concerns
Requirements
- Professional appearance
- Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
- Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles
- Good knowledge of the basics of selling and negotiation
- 3 5 years of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office skills
- Proficiency in English is essential
