Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients into the showroom, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions from our range of ready-made and custom kitchen, Corian and stainless-steel products. The role requires a balance of design knowledge, product knowledge, and strong sales skills to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

·           Create leads to Showrooms’ Products, Greet and engage customers visiting the showroom, providing a professional and personalized experience.

·           Understand customer requirements, lifestyle needs, and budget to recommend suitable kitchen, Corian and stainless-steel solutions.

·           Present and explain features, finishes, appliances, and design options for both ready and custom Products.

·           Prepare and deliver accurate designs, quotations, proposals, and 2D/3D layouts in collaboration with the design team.

·           Follow up with potential customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

·           Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, materials, accessories, and design trends.

·           Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maximizing profitability.

·           Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging referrals and repeat business.

·           Coordinate with operations, installation, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.

·           Maintain showroom displays to ensure they are clean, attractive, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 Yrs Proven experience in showroom sales, preferably in kitchens, furniture, or interior design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen design, measurements, and functionality (AutoCAD/3D design knowledge is a plus).
• Sales-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle multiple clients, proposals, and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic .
