Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs and preferences.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience by resolving issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Sales and Product Promotion:
- Actively engage in sales activities and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Promote and upsell products, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist with product demonstrations, and ensure customers are informed about product features and benefits.
- Store Operations:
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure that products are properly tagged and labeled.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure store targets are met.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other store-related activities.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the store.
- Attend product training and actively seek to enhance knowledge about the product lineup.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Cannanore, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
