Job Summary

As an Automotive Company, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Showroom Supervisor to oversee daily showroom operations, supervise the sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining sales performance, operational standards, and brand image within the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
• Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and showroom presentation meets company standards.
• Assist customers when required and handle escalated complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams regarding vehicle availability and deliveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Support promotional campaigns and showroom marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive showroom supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• UAE driving license preferred.
