Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily hypermarket operations.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain proper product display, merchandising, and shelf arrangement.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the storekeeper or purchasing department for replenishment.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained throughout the store.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory control.
• Ensure pricing and promotional displays are accurate.
• Train and guide staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience
