Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to prepare, assemble, and install formwork for concrete structures on construction sites. The ideal candidates will ensure accurate alignment and dimensions of shuttering, contributing to the overall quality and safety of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble wooden or steel formwork according to project drawings and specifications.
• Install shuttering for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other concrete structures.
• Dismantle formwork safely after concrete curing.
• Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and leveling of all shuttering works.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project schedules.
• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines on-site.
• Inspect formwork materials for quality and report any defects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shuttering Carpenter or Formwork Carpenter in construction projects.
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Knowledge of wooden and steel formwork systems.
• Ability to read drawings and work with precision.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting from SAR 1,900 (depending on experience)

• Overtime (OT): As applicable, based on project requirements
