Shuttering Carpenter / Foreman Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled Shuttering Carpenter or Foreman Carpenter to join our team. Responsibilities include building and installing formwork for concrete structures, supervising teams (for foreman role), and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork for slabs, columns, beams, and foundations
• Install and dismantle shuttering systems
• Ensure quality and alignment of formwork
• (Foreman) Supervise carpentry crew and coordinate site activities
• Maintain tools and follow site safety protocols

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in shuttering/formwork carpentry
• Familiarity with concrete pouring processes
• Ability to lead a team (for foreman role)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and measurements
• Reliable and punctual
