This is a full time position from 11 pm - 7 am.

What you’ll do:- Drives guests to and from hotel to their final destinations
- Escorts incoming and outgoing hotel guests to and from property.
- Assists with luggage, packages and documents, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Keeps record of calls for service. Evaluates patterns or trends in guest concerns to plan and implement corrective actions.
- Ensures confidentiality of all guest information and pertinent hotel data.
- Assists guests, team members, and vendors during their shift.
- Responds and works to resolve guest issues and concerns as necessary.
- Ensures all equipment is properly maintained, functioning and used as intended.
- Completes property walks routinely to monitor guest safety and security.
- Reports security concerns and problematic situations immediately to the General Manager or appropriate party.
- Assists in de-icing of pavement, sidewalks, and other areas.
- Maintains the image of the hotel by appearing extremely presentable, well-groomed and in pressed uniform.
What You Bring:- Strong verbal communication skills
- Valid driver license; annual MVR report review
- Strong driving record
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to secure property by walking up and down halls to make sure appropriate doors are securely locked
- Must possess basic negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills
- Availability 11 pm - 7 am
