Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Shuttle Driver/Parking Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our parking facility, ensuring smooth vehicle flow, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining safety standards. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a positive experience for all our guests.

Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport customers between the airport and parking lot efficiently and courteously
• Assist customers with parking, retrieving vehicles, and answering questions about services
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are parked properly and securely
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Follow safety protocols at all times to protect yourself, colleagues, and guests

• Skills
• Proven experience in valet parking or driving roles preferred; dealership or retail experience is a plus
• Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; clean driving record required
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers
• Outstanding customer service skills to create positive guest interactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
