We are looking for a skilled and reliable siding installer to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate must have their own tools, proper insurance coverage, and a proven track record of high-quality work. This role offers steady work opportunities with competitive pay per job.

Responsibilities:

• Install various types of siding, including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, and metal.
• Measure, cut, and secure siding materials to exterior surfaces with precision.
• Ensure weatherproofing and proper sealing for long-lasting results.
• Follow blueprints, project plans, and client specifications.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and building codes.
• Work independently or collaborate effectively with other contractors.

Requirements:

• Must own and maintain all necessary tools for siding installation.
• Valid insurance coverage required (workmans comp and liability).
• Proven record of quality work (portfolio or references preferred).
• Have 5 years prior experience
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and install siding materials safely.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Transportation to job sites required.
