Job Summary

Duties
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking within assigned territories.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about siding options and installation benefits.
- Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, follow-up support, and upselling additional products or services.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize sales potential and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness in target markets.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively.
- Excellent business development capabilities including lead generation and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce for tracking sales activities and customer data.
- Exceptional negotiation skills paired with outstanding customer service orientation.
