Role: Siebel UCM EIM Developer

Description:

 Having good understanding on Siebel UCM/CRM data model and provide technical

solutioning on business requirements and issues related data migration and data loading.

 Perform a day-to-day operational & maintenance support functions within Siebel application

including issue troubleshooting, ticket resolution, provide business clarification and batch data

load monitoring.

 Communicate, escalate, and resolve problem ticket issues as appropriate and working with

the users/stake holders in resolving incidents based on severity.

 Well aligned with ITIL process in the areas of Incident management, Change management

and problem management. Specific Accountability

 Should have hands on development experience in Siebel EIM, PL/SQL, UNIX shell

scripting and Siebel Configuration & ETL tools.

 Have an excellent understanding of Siebel Application data model and architecture.

 Understand functional requirement and convert to Siebel design and implement with Siebel

technologies including Siebel UCM, EIM, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting and any other ETL

tools such as ODI.

 Should be able to build/modify batch interfaces including IFB, PL SQL views, procedures,

shell scripts as per requirements and adhering to best practices. Also, should be able to

troubleshoot batch integration issues in production and other data related issues.

 Should be able to create integration mapping document by discussing with the relevant stake

holders and prepare design.

 Should have strong experience in writing complex PL/SQL queries and stored procedures.

Also, should be able to create batch shell scripts and should be knowing the batch job

scheduling mechanism.

 Must be able to do performance improvements by tuning long running SQL queries or EIM

jobs. Should have basic Siebel configuration knowledge or joins, links etc.

 Should have experience in larger data migration projects which include migrate large volume

data from legacy system or with in CRM system as part of upgrade.

 Preferably to have Master Data Management (Universal Customer Hub) domain experience

and Data quality experience.

 Preferably to have worked on Siebel IP17 or later versions and Web tools.

 Knowledge of ETL Tools like ODI/Informatica and using ETL tool with Siebel EIM will be an

added advantage.

 Involve in production support activities including troubleshoot and resolve production issues,

data quality issues, ticket resolution and BAU monitoring.

Minimum Qualification

 Overall 9+ years of experience working as Siebel EIM Developer and UCM knowledge.

 Expertise in creation of new batch interface using ETL Tools and Siebel EIM and

troubleshooting issues in production and lower environment.

 Candidate must possess at least a Graduate or bachelor’s degree in computer

science/information technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
