Sign Designer and Production Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a to hire IMMEDIATELY a creative and detail-oriented sSIGN DESIGNER AND PRODUCER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and production process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the HIGHEST quality standards. This role requires a strong background in Adobe illustrator , Corel Draw, Flexi Sign . MUST HAVE 2YEARS of experience in the sign world. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE ONLY A DESIGNER.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the production of various projects, ensuring alignment with creative vision and client expectations.
• Collaborate with customers and other team members to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Oversee the design process, including photography, digital art, layout design, and typography.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Flexi sign to create compelling visuals that enhance the sign.
• Provide art direction throughout the production process, ensuring consistency in style and quality.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the production cycle to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required for consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
