Sign Designer / Customer Service

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Sign Designer / Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves crafting visually compelling signage and providing exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic and digital design, along with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with clients to understand their branding needs and translate them into effective visual solutions, utilizing a variety of design tools and techniques.

Duties

• Design custom signs, banners, and visual displays using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
• Develop concepts incorporating branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design to meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding goals, providing expert guidance on visual design and sign manufacturing options.
• Manage digital content across various platforms including WordPress and content management systems to ensure consistent branding.
• Prepare print-ready files for sign production, ensuring color management accuracy and print quality standards are met.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate signage solutions through excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Maintain an organized workflow from initial concept through final production, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated on current design trends, new software features, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing signage, branding, motion graphics, and UI/web design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision.
• Strong understanding of art direction, typography, color management, layout design, and print advertising processes.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts effectively to clients.
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with photo manipulation and photo editing techniques for digital art projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple projects efficiently.
