We’re looking for skilled Sign Installers to help bring both illuminated and non-illuminated signage projects to life. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving in the field, and being part of a professional, safety-focused crew—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Install a wide range of signage, including illuminated and non-illuminated displays.
- Work at heights using crane trucks, ladders, and swing stages.
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
- Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of signage installation experience.
- Background in sign manufacturing, electrical work, and/or crane operation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service—internally and externally.
- Pride in your craftsmanship and commitment to doing the job right.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued):
- Welding certifications.
- Class A driver’s license.
- Crane certification.
Work Environment:
- Full-time role with occasional long hours.
- Weekend work as needed.
- Some out-of-town travel required.
