Sign Installer/General Labor

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Installer/General Labor to join our team. This role involves installing various types of non-electrical signage and supporting general labor tasks across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work outdoors and indoors, and basic technical skills including the use of hand tools. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic company committed to safety and quality. Pay reviews at 90 days.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain signage on commercial and residential properties according to specifications and safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools.
• Measure and mark locations for sign placement with precision.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and signage components at job sites.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during installation or general labor tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sign installation or general construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to 40+ lbs and work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Valid Texas Drivers license with clean driving record required.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
