Sign Fabricator – Full‑Time

Overview

We’re looking for a skilled, hands‑on Sign Fabricator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys craft work, problem‑solving, and building high‑quality signs from start to finish. Every day brings something different—fabrication, painting, electrical work, CNC machining, installation, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery for cutting and shaping sign materials
• Perform forklift operations for material handling and shop organization
• Complete general low‑voltage electrical work, including wiring LED signage
• Paint wood and metal components with high attention to finish quality
• Sandblast wood for dimensional and carved sign projects
• Assist with driving, delivery, and on‑site installation of signs
• Read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and fabrication plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC equipment (preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification a plus)
• Basic understanding of low‑voltage electrical systems
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (shop and field)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Craftwork: 1 year (Preferred)
