Sign Production Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sign Production Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with hands-on production work while helping customers bring their signage ideas to life.

In this position, you will work with customers and internal staff to design, produce, and manage a variety of signage products used in traffic safety and other industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of signage products including traffic control signs, decals, banners, and custom signage orders
• Work with customers to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet specifications and regulations
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and generate invoices for customers
• Operate and assist with production equipment used to create signs and graphics
• Maintain and organize inventory of materials and production supplies
• Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering materials as needed
• Ensure completed products meet quality and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean and organized production and workspace
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and projects

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn production equipment and processes
• Previous experience in signage, printing, or graphic production is a plus but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
