Sign Shop Coordinator - Rutland Vermont

Job Summary

The Sign Shop Coordinator works in conjunction with our Rutland Sign Shop to ensure the accurate development, distribution of time sensitive sales and marketing assets throughout the state.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to understand special requests and promotional needs.
• Creates marketing and promotional materials including sign requests, signage bibs, marketing promotions, special events, portfolio shows, etc.
• Supports selling efforts internally with POS oversight.
• Helps with daily needs and POS coordination on trucks.
• Handles portfolio and bulk printing needs.
• Coordinates in-house POS dealer loader.
• Keeps up to date with supplier signage and TMS portals.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graphic design experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform each job duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to translate creativity and visions through media.
• Proficient in graphic design skills.
• Proficient in English; ability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
