Silent Box Facilitator (Welness Activation)

The Silent Box is a 6-minute immersive wellness experience combining light, scent, and sound. It's a short journey designed to help people Relax. Recharge. Realign.

We’re now looking for a Facilitator to join our team for upcoming exhibitions and activations in Dubai.

Your Role

You’ll be the human bridge between the outer world and the experience inside the Box.
Your presence sets the tone. Your calm invites people to slow down.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcome participants and introduce the Silent Box concept
• Guide guests through the short onboarding (no phone / choose theme / enter quietly)
• Maintain the flow and timing of each 6-minute session
• Reset the space between sessions (light scent, headset, calm atmosphere)
• Share post-experience reflections if guests wish to talk
• Ensure all equipment remains clean, functional, and aligned with the brand mood
• Assist with light logistics (setup, transport, or storage coordination)

You Are

• Grounded, warm, and mindful in the way you interact
• Fluent in English
• Punctual, organized, and comfortable engaging with diverse visitors
• In possession of a valid UAE driving license (required for transport between events)
• Ideally experienced in hospitality, mindfulness, wellness events, or exhibitions

⏱ When

• Next activations: From December
• Duration: Half-day to full-day events (flexible scheduling)

Compensation

• AED 400–600 / event day, depending on role and experience
• Includes pre-event set-up
• Freelance collaboration on a per-event basis, not an employment position.
