: Novogene is seeking a responsible individual for the single cell experiment based in Beaverton. The details of this position are as follows:
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor advancements in single-cell technologies and define medium to long-term operational improvement goals in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

Investigate quality issues encountered during single-cell product production and operations and develop data-driven improvement plans.

Track Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance, conduct in-depth analysis to identify operational risks in advance, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Review R&D optimization project plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure experimental designs are scientifically sound and feasible.

Monitor project testing progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure projects are delivered on time while achieving R&D optimization targets.

Be available to work/train in Sacramento from Q1 to Q3 2026, with the option to return to Beaverton thereafter.

Willingness to travel to China for training as needed
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of production optimization experience in single-cell assays.

Solid knowledge of cell biology and single-cell technologies, with hands-on experimental expertise.

Proven ability to optimize single-cell workflows and resolve technical challenges

Must be proficient in retrieving and reviewing English-language literature and technical materials.

Strong communication and coordination skills; demonstrated capabilities in risk management, time management, logical reasoning, and working under pressure.
