Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to join our hardware design team.

This role is critical in ensuring high-performance and reliable PCB designs through advanced simulation, layout optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in performing Signal Integrity (SI) analysis for using tools like HyperLynx, or SIwave, or Ansys or Cadence Sigrity.
  • Experience in performing Power Integrity (PI) simulations to ensure robust power delivery networks (PDN) using tools like Hyperlynx, or PowerSI, , or Cadence Sigrity.
  • Execute and review PCB layout for high-speed boards using tools like Allegro, or Altium, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Have good experience to optimize PCB layer stack-up, routing, and decoupling strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including system architects, board designers, and component engineers.
  • Support design reviews and provide recommendations for signal and power integrity improvements.
  • Document analysis results and present findings to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in SI/PI analysis and validation.
  • Strong understanding of transmission line theory, impedance matching, crosstalk, and jitter.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB layout tools (Allegro, Altium Designer, or similar).
  • Experience with any of the simulation tools such as Ansys SIwave, Cadence Sigrity, HyperLynx, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with high-speed protocols and power delivery concepts.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
