SIS Area Supervisor

ᴧ Collect control form, staff expenses, stock taking, souk out of stock form from our counter.
ᴧ Implementation of the new procedures (Hygiene, planogram, new products, price board, promotion, material)
ᴧ Daily store visits
ᴧ Follow up of the LPO done by the souk.
ᴧ Daily communication with supervisor and section manager of our client
ᴧ Make sure that the promotion of the week is implemented.
ᴧ Daily follow up of the staff (transfer between stores, staff scheduling etc…)
ᴧ Ensure proper implementation of hygine procedures
ᴧ Stock follow up (warehouse + counter)
ᴧ Stock taking once per month.
ᴧ Market survey twice per month,
ᴧ Staff training to every visit.
ᴧ Implement the instruction from the Key Account Manager
ᴧ Collect the sales report and invoice from our client.
