Job Description:
Supervise and lead the nursing team
Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Coordinate with doctors and administration for smooth operations
Maintain inventory and records; ensure infection control and safety compliance; and possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
