Greetings All
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in High Rise Construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling site-level accounts, vendor payments, billing coordination, and maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily site accounts and petty cash management
- Process vendor bills, subcontractor bills, and material purchase invoices
- Verification of RA Bills (Running Account Bills)
- Coordination with Project Manager, Purchase, and Head Office Accounts Team
- Preparation of daily expense reports and monthly financial statements
- Monitoring site budget vs. actual expenditure
- Handling cash flow statements and site fund requirements
- Tracking advances given to vendors and labor contractors
- Maintaining labor payment records and wage registers
- GST invoice verification and documentation
- Assisting in internal and statutory audits
- Maintaining proper documentation of purchase orders, work orders, and bills
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Construction Accounting
- Experience in High Rise Residential / Commercial Projects
- Familiarity with ERP / Tally / MS Excel
- Understanding of GST compliance and taxation basics
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work independently at project site
Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com (Finance / Accounts)
- Additional certification in Tally or ERP will be preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
