Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Accountant / Project Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day financial and administrative activities at the project site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in LPO preparation, invoicing, petty cash handling, and supporting project operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare LPOs, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash, site expenses, and payment vouchers
  • Support the project team with documentation, timesheets, and site records
  • Assist in project-related procurement and supplier coordination
  • Maintain proper filing of financial and project documents
  • Prepare daily/weekly expense statements and submit reports to head office
  • Coordinate with accounts and admin departments for smooth workflow
  • Assist in site office administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • 2–4 years UAE experience in site-based accounts or project accounting
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) — accounting software knowledge preferred
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently at the project site
