Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations and ensure proper handling, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Manage fuel handling and consumption for site machinery and maintain accurate records.
- Handle procurement of site materials, tools, and consumables as per project requirements.
- Maintain and update daily expenditure reports and submit them to the Head Office.
- Verify and maintain inventory records, GRNs, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery and ensure quality standards.
- Monitor site expenses, ensure cost control, and report any discrepancies.
- Support accounting activities at the site level, including vouchers, petty cash, and bills.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Any relevant discipline.
- 2–3years of experience in store management, site purchase, or accounts handling.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and material management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems (if applicable).
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities at site level.
