Job Title: Operations Executive

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our team in a quick service business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our stores, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.

- Ensure that all stores are running efficiently and effectively, and that customers are receiving excellent service.

- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.

2. Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of products.

- Ensure that inventory is accurate and up-to-date, and that stock levels are optimized.

- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.

3. Supply Chain Management:

- Manage relationships with suppliers, including negotiating prices and delivery terms.

- Ensure that all supplies are delivered on time and in good condition.

- Implement and maintain supply chain management systems and procedures.

4. Maintenance and Repairs:

- Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment, including scheduling and coordinating with contractors.

- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and that any issues are addressed promptly.

5. Health and Safety:

- Ensure that all stores are compliant with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures and protocols.

6. Training and Development:

- Provide training and development opportunities for staff, including onboarding, customer service, and operational procedures.

- Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles, and that they are providing excellent customer service.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and analyze reports on store performance, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

- Identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize store performance.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

- Certification in operations management or a related field is an advantage.

2. Experience:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a quick service business.

- Experience in inventory management, supply chain management, and maintenance and repairs is an advantage.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in operations management software and systems, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
